In Episode 2 we get to know co-founder of RUNfit 365 Dan Cuson. We put Dan on the spot and ask him why he runs and why he started RUNfit 365. Quickly becoming our favorite section of the RUNfit 365 Podcast is "Random Runner's World". In episode 2 ask a simple question about stretching after a run and Dan knocks it out of the park and provides some very useful information on the importance of stretching after a run.
